Edith Lecourt

Edith Lecourt, Ph.D. in psychology, psychoanalyst, clarinetist. Professor of clinical and pathological psychology, she is Co-Director of the Master of Arts Therapies at the University René Descartes - Paris 5. She is Associate-Director of the Institute of Psychology at this university, and a member of many associations and societies in psychology, psychoanalysis and music therapy. Lecourt is co-founder of the first association of music therapy in France (Association de Recherche et d'Application des Techniques Psychomusicales) in 1972, and in 1980 of the French Association of Music Therapy.
